1. Orders & Products

What kind of magnets do you sell?

We sell personalised photo magnets made from your own photos. Choose from sets of 3, 6, or 9 magnets — perfect as a gift or to decorate your fridge, locker, or magnetic board.

Can I mix different photos in one order?

Yes! Every magnet in your set can have a different photo. Simply upload all your photos at once when placing your order.

What size are the magnets?

Our standard magnets are square and printed at a high resolution for sharp, vibrant results. The size of the magnet is 5cm x 5cm.

What sets do you offer and what do they cost?

We currently offer three set sizes:

       3 magnets — €9.99

       6 magnets — €14.99

       9 magnets — €19.99

The larger the set, the lower the price per magnet — so bigger sets offer better value.

I would like to make a whole sale order, is this possible?

2. Photos & Upload

How do I send my photos?

You upload your photos directly on the product page, before adding the item to your cart. No emails needed — your photos are automatically linked to your order.

What photo format should I use?

We accept JPG and PNG files. Please use the original file from your smartphone or camera for the best print quality. Avoid:

       Screenshots of a photo

       Photos sent or received via WhatsApp (these are heavily compressed)

       Photos downloaded from social media

       Heavily filtered or edited images

What is the minimum photo resolution?

For a sharp result, your photo should be at least 1200 x 1200 pixels. Most smartphones taken in the last 5 years meet this requirement when using the original file.

My photo is not square — is that a problem?

No problem at all. You can crop your photo to a square format, keeping the most important part of the image centered. If you have specific cropping preferences, please mention them in the order notes.

What if my photo is not good enough?

We check every photo before printing. If we notice a quality issue, we will contact you by email before proceeding so we can find the best solution together.

3. Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated separately from the price of your magnets, based on your delivery country. Orders over €50 ship for free, regardless of destination.

Which countries do you ship to?

For the moment we ship to 9 different countries. Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, the Netherlands anad Poland. We use Mondial Relay for the moment to give you the cheapest shipping option but this means you will have to pick up your package at one of the many Service Points. 

How long does delivery take?

After receiving your order and approved photos, we produce your magnets within 2-3 business days. Shipping then takes an additional 3-7 business days depending on your country.

Can I track my order?

Orders shipped as a parcel include tracking. You will receive all relevant details in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods available through our Shopify checkout, including credit card, PayPal, and Bancontact (for Belgian customers).

Is your checkout secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your payment details.

5. Returns & Quality Guarantee

What if I am not happy with my magnets?

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, since our magnets are personalized products made specifically for you. However, if your magnets arrive damaged, we will always make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Can I return my order if I simply changed my mind?

Because our magnets are personalized products made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

My package arrived damaged — what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged packaging and the magnets, and contact us at info@beautifulmagnets.com. We will send a replacement as quickly as possible.
