Custom & Personalised Products All products sold by Beautiful Magnets are custom-made and personalised to order. As such, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalised products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@beautifulmagnets.com with:

• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will assess each case individually and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@beautifulmagnets.com and we will make it right.
